Walk, run, or strut yourself and your pet down the Pathfinder or in your neighborhood for a cause!

    • One team member will need to provide an email address and phone number to be the main contact

FAQ:

Do I have to take a pet with me when I walk/run?

Nope! Not at all!

Do I have to live in Washington County, Oklahoma to participate?

No! Since this event is done in one’s own time, and is tracked online, it is open to anyone who wishes to participate!

Let your friends and family in other communities know about it - maybe even form a long-distance team with them.

How many miles do I have to complete during April?

As many as you’d like. You can set yourself a goal for the month and then see if you can meet it, or even better, beat it!

How do I track my distance?

There are lots of great free versions of phone apps that will track your running/walking distances. Runna, Strava, Runkeeper, Nike Run Club, Map My Run and Runkeeper are just a few to name. If you use the Pathfinder in Bartlesville, there are distance markers along the way.

I like to use a treadmill. Can I still participate?

Absolutely! You can complete your distance wherever you exercise as long as you’re walking or running (no stationary bikes).

How do I submit my distance to the WCSPCA?

At the end of each week, you will receive an email that will provide you with a link to a Google form. Simply follow the link and add your information.

We are using the honor-system here; no need to submit proof of miles completed.

How do I win a medal?

Medals awarded to first place finishers in each male and female age category and the top team finisher. Ribbons awarded to 2nd & 3rd place winners.

Ages: 1-8; 9-12; 13-18; 19-25; 26-35; 36-45; 46-55; 56-65; 66-75; 76+

When and where can I pick up my event packet?

You can pick up your event packet at Crossing 2nd in Bartlesville on Thursday March 30th from 4:30pm to 6:30pm, or Saturday April 1st at the Polaris entrance to the Pathfinder (under the pavilion) from 8am to 9am. Late participants can pick up their packet at Washington County SPCA during regular business hours.
